6 fantastic blogs from our young adults
I thought I might showcase some of our outstanding young adults who in the past year, have created their own blogs and tumblrs.
They are listed here in no particular order, and the views of each one do not reflect the views of the young adults of C3 Church Hepburn Heights as a whole.
Jason Hope - http://hossack.tumblr.com
The gentle giant is back in 2012, and who knows what life wisdom and cool hunting this man will come up with? They often say he’s a 24 year old trapped in a 30 something body, and some of us believe it too!
Michaela Seneque - http://mkay.com.au
A blog that’s been around for a bit now, Mickey’s creativity and whimsical insights reveal a zest for a inspired life in her posts. Whether it’s a post about her new found love for baking or her goals for 2012, this one is always enjoyable to read through.
Daniel Const - http://danielconst.tumblr.com
Daniel’s recent tumblr posts reflect his wit and humour to a tee. A new blog for 2012, I’m already looking forward to seeing how he goes with getting retweeted by celebrities this year (he already has Bangs the rapper). He’s worth following on Twitter too (@danielconst). He’ll certainly make any topic just as controversial as it is cool.
Rebecca Gregson - http://www.foxandrabbit.com.au/blog
Rebecca launched her florist business last year (I think) and her blog reveals a passion for her craft. Colourful, bright and light, this one might be a popular one with future brides and the female demographic! If you’re looking for someone to organise quality floral arrangements for your next event, Fox and Rabbit could be what you’re looking for.
Matt Callaghan - http://mjcallaghan.tumblr.com
Just launched this last week, I have high expectations for Matt’s new blog. What an exciting journey he’s sharing with us - “following a dream, writing and illustrating a children’s book from thought to reality”. I’ve already made his first wallpaper my iPad lock screen, and am looking forward to seeing his quirky characters and stories develop this year.
Chad Turner - http://chadaturner.blogspot.com
Chad’s blog is another newbie for 2012, and already is showing glimpses of hopeful and wise life reflection. I just love the fact that in his first post, he specifies that he’s a little over 30 and single (so it could mean he’s ready to mingle…). I’m more looking forward to his observations on coffee having become a recent coffee fan myself in the last few months. Let’s hope for an awesome year for Chad, for his blog and his status!
Missed out on being listed? That’s okay! Click on ‘Ask us something Fresh’ on the blog menu and we’ll create a Part 2 of this post.
Happy January, and see you at our first Passion night on the 29th!
